As many of you know, we've taken part in several wedding events this year - The Wedding Party in New York and Palm Beach, the New York Weddings Event, and the Martha Stewart Luxury Wedding Expo, just to name a few. But when we were approached by to take part in a brand-new showcase called Engaged2010, we knew we'd found our perfect match!

The edited wedding showcase was a collaboration between one of our favorite planners, Lindsey Maurath of Fresh Lime Events and one of our newest venues, The Loading Dock. Their design and aesthetic paired with our gorgeous furnishings created a chic, high-end event that was made for the modern bride.

The Loading Dock, a sleek loft-like event space in Stamford, CT provided the ideal backdrop for our posh collection of rentals. Using a mixture of stark white sofas, shimmering silver tables and glowing bars, our rental pieces created a cohesive look for all the event's vendors. With our lounge and bar as the focal point of the room, guests had the opportunity to mingle and relax in elegance and style.

Our stunning Windsor Banquette (show in Olivier Kpognon's image above with our Louis Ghost chairs) was the center of attention. Standing at ten feet wide by 8 feet long, this high-backed banquette really makes a statement.

Our glowing Jumbo Bars and dangling Bijoux diamonds drew a crowd to the heart of the event for complimentary cocktails (photo by Olivier Kpognon).

We loved what Jessie of Jessica's Country Flowers did with our Cube Table and Bellini chairs - the custom-made frame of roses created an eye-catching centerpiece for the sweetheart table.

same-sex gets sexy!

What a spring it's been! It's been awhile since we've posted but that doesn't mean we've forgotten about our brides-to-be; instead, we've been rolling full steam ahead into the start of the summer season. With wedding events, bridal parties and photo shoots filling up our schedule, we've got a ton of great posts coming your way!

Today we're pleased to announce that we recently took part in Style Me Pretty's first ever same-sex photo-shoot! The gorgeous shoot was styled by Candice Coppola of Jubliee Events and photographed by Carla Ten Eyck. The modern reception setting was shot at The Loading Dock in Stamford, CT, and provided the ideal backdrop for the lovely brides, Lindsay and Kate.

The shocks of citrus paired perfectly with our Glossy White Bellini chairs and sleek Cube Tables while the brides-to-be shone under an array of hanging Glo Balls. Check out the beautiful images below for more stunning shots of Lindsay and Kate!

Jubilee Events used tangerine accents to add a splash of summer to the all white shoot. Our Glossy White Bellini chairs and Cube Table (unlit in the above photo) were the perfect complement for the venue's all-white palette.

We love the pops of citrus on the glass tabletop - with the right furniture, a simple setting is all you need!
